Tsuki’s full Passive 1 + Ultimate Efficiency 2 is required to play Kazuki like this. The most important thing is to break as fast as possible, Kazuki + Yo works well on this matter.
His T contribute only to Potential spent on boosting skill level. This playstyle is not gated by any extra dupe.
I only have 3k kane left and couldn’t finish his tension cards setup so it will have to do with lv 10. I may attempt again after I got at least his 2* sig tension to max.
