   エコー側の電源差し込みがズルズルでしたが、直ぐに交換して頂きました。凄く対応が早く助かりました。有り難う御座いました。

   3 different products purchased now, and none of them fit my Echo 5 Show. Seriously frustrating. Why must Amazon make it so difficult to find replacement power cords.

   The new Echo Show 5 is a good device, but the DC adapter hole on the device is very badly designed. the plug adapter does not ‘stick’ into the hole tightly and any type of wiggling and it will come out and the device will turn off.i thought my device was defective, so i bought another power adapter (this one), and the adapter works fine, but it turns out that the Echo Show 5 device itself has a badly engineered design for the DC adapter.

   I put the Echo and all into the closed in time out until I get past the snooping thing. The last three I threw away after briefly using them, I’m getting better its in a closet unplugged not a trash.
