GoogleのNano Banana（Gemini 2.5 Flash Image）を使って、Discordスタンプを作ってみました。
「Vibe Coding Studio」というDiscordサーバーで実際に使っているスタンプです。
「イラストを描いたことはない、でも生成AIは使える」人なら再現できます。
今回は、どんなプロンプトを使ったのか、どういう工夫をしたのか、全部公開します！

忙しい人のために要約

作ったスタンプの紹介
まず、どんなスタンプを作ったのか見てみましょう。
LINEスタンプのようなチビキャラスタイルで、プログラミング系のコミュニティで使いやすそうな構図を選びました。
小さいサイズでも表情がわかるように太めの線を使っています。
ちなみにそれぞれ画像として貼っておくので、ダウンロードして使っていただいてもOKです！
基本となる最初のプロンプト作り
スタンプセット全体の統一感を保つには、最初のプロンプトが最も重要です。
ここで決めた要素が、以降すべてのバリエーションに継承されるからです。
挨拶をする男性（基盤となるデザイン）

2つ目以降は、必ず「Based on the previous…」で始めます。
これによって、AIが前回の出力スタイルを記憶して継承してくれます。

これがないと、スタイル自体が変わってしまい、統一感のないスタンプセットになってしまいます。
修正プロンプトの書き方
生成結果に問題があったときの対処法は大事なので、詳しく書きます。
生成してみると、問題が起きることがあります。
ガッツポーズをして喜ぶ女性のスタンプを作ってみたら、両手でガッツポーズしてラップトップが宙に浮いているという問題が起きました。
そこで、修正プロンプトを作りました。

修正時のポイントは、変更したい部分だけを明確に指定し、それ以外は「KEEP EVERYTHING ELSE EXACTLY THE SAME」で維持することです。
ここでは CRITICAL MODIFICATIONS と KEEP EVERYTHING ELSE EXACTLY THE SAME で、変更したい部分と維持したい部分を明確に指定しています。
ガチャ戦略：複数回生成の重要性
AIは確率的に動作するため、同じプロンプトでも毎回異なる結果が出ます。
だから、1回で諦めずに2〜3回は生成してみることが大切です。
正座のポーズがうまくいかなかったときは、まず3回ほど試してみて、それでもダメなら椅子バージョンというように、複数回試してみることが大切です。
よく言われる「ガチャ戦略」によって時間を無駄にせず、最良の結果を得ることができます。
プロンプトで特に気をつけたこと
1. 大文字で重要ポイントを強調
どこかで聞いたので試していることとして、プロンプトの中でも大文字で重要ポイントを強調することがあります。
IMPORTANT: Laptop screen is NOT visible
本当に効果があるのかはわかりませんが、試してみる価値はあると思います。
2. 肯定形と否定形の組み合わせ
これは、「Show: Character sitting on simple chair」と「Avoid: Cross-legged position, floor sitting」というように、肯定形と否定形の組み合わせをすることです。
Show は「こうしてほしい」、Avoid は「こうしてほしくない」という意味です。
✅ Show: Character sitting on simple chair
✗ Avoid: Cross-legged position, floor sitting
何をしてほしいか、何を避けてほしいか、両方明記することで精度が上がります。
3. 視覚的な説明を追加
ここでは、位置関係を具体的に書くことで、不自然なポーズを避けられます。
Positioning:
- Right hand: Raised fist pump at head/shoulder height
- Left hand: Holding closed MacBook at waist/chest level
- Body slightly turned to show both gesture and laptop clearly
たとえば、「右の手は頭の高さでガッツポーズをしている」、「左の手は腰の高さでMacBookを持っている」というように、位置関係を具体的に書くことで、不自然なポーズを避けられます。
適当なプロンプトを与えてしまうと、不自然なポーズになることが多いです。
極端な話、手がもう一本増えているようなポーズになることがあります。
実際に起きた問題と対処法
最終的にうまくいった結果だけを載せていますが、実際には失敗しています。
そこで、実際に起きた問題と対処法を書きます。
ラップトップの画面が見えてしまう問題
最初は「laptop」とだけ書いていたら、画面が見える角度で描かれることが多かったです。
ガチャを回して消してしまったので画像はお見せできませんが、パソコンのカバーにモニターが見えてしまうような構図になっていました。
そこで、以下のように詳細に指定しました。
- Show the laptop from an angle where the screen is NOT visible
- Position: Laptop viewed from the back or side angle
- The laptop lid should be facing away from the viewer
ここでは、IMPORTANT で重要なポイントを強調しています。
そして、LAPTOP POSITIONING でモニターが見えないように指定しています。
正座がうまくいかない問題
正座をさせるような指示を出したのですが、日本的な正座ではなく、ただのあぐらになってしまいました。
「seiza」だけでは伝わらず、以下のように複数の説明を併用しました。
- Seiza (Japanese formal kneeling)
- Sitting on heels with knees folded underneath
- Legs folded under body, bottom on heels
- Like sitting at a traditional tea ceremony
- NOT cross-legged, NOT legs to the side
ただ実際には、それでもうまくいかなかったので、最終的には椅子やソファに座るバージョンに変更しました。
学習量に応じて、やはり得意なポーズと不得意なポーズがあるようです。
技術的指示と感情的指示のバランス
プロンプトには、技術的な指示と感情的な指示の両方を含めました。
技術的指示（HOW）：
- Chibi proportions (large head, small body)
- Bold outlines, 3-4px line weight
- Transparent PNG background
感情的指示（WHAT/WHY）：
- Friendly, welcoming energy
- Genuine impressed look with warm smile
- “Ahh, finally relaxing” atmosphere
技術的な仕様だけでは味気ない画像になり、感情的な指示だけでは品質がバラバラになります。
両方を組み合わせることで、技術的に正確で、感情的に響く画像が生成できたと思います。
そのおかげで、ド素人が作った割にはそれっぽいものができました。
