Laura it sounds like they’re trying to convert you and your office. It’s not that you’re actually the problem or that you your office is not doing well. It’s they want you to not ask questions, to not care, and just show up and make them the most money by seeing as many patients as possible. When you care and you’re empathetic and care about those you work with it’s really really hard. I understand where you are at. You need to take care of you. Protect yourself Laura. Don’t let them drain you of the things that truly matter life, energy, spirit, time… that’s the game America plays. Don’t fall for it Laura. Do what you love and love what you do. When it doesn’t align pivot.
